A total of 662 mice consisted of ICR, KK, and day were examined to identify incidence, preferential organ, and histopathological patterns.
The results were summarized as follows:
1. Eight cases were diagnosed as plasma cell tumor and most of them were found in strain ICR mice. All of them were older than 12 months in age.
2. Plasma cell tumors of mice were observed in the lymph node, kidney, spleen, perirenal fat tissue, liver, and lung in the order of frequency,
3. Plasma cell tumors were shown variable degrees of differentiation From case to case.
